Express Yourself

One hot trend going on right now is personalized jewelry. Whether you want to sport your name or initial, your significant other's, or the those of your children or pets, I have the jewelry for you!

Pictured above is my personalized initial bangle. This has been a hot seller and it looks great mixed with other bangles. For more info, click here.
Here is one of my hottest selling ring sets. You get two rings that you can personalize any way you want. Need just one, or maybe three? I can do that too! For more info, click here.

I just love this sweet little necklace pictured above. This past Christmas I made one for each of my nieces. I just liked them so much that I finally added it to my shop. Click here for more info.

These are simple post earrings that let you express yourself. Simple enough for everyday wear. Click here for more info.

To keep, or not to keep?

I am sure this happens a lot, but I am in a pickle. I really want this necklace, but I really need to sell it.

Sure, I could make another, but it will never be just like this one!

So I decided that I will list thin in my shop, as the Sterling Rose, and after awhile, if it does not sell, then it is mine!

So, I guess the question is, how long do I wait? It just sits there, taunting me!

Have a great Monday, everyone!

Experiments In Brass

Today I found a sheet of brass and decided to play!

The result? The Brass Rose Necklace!

I really like it, and I think I will also make a sterling silver one. I would love your feedback!

Cheers!

I Am So Square!

After having all those ROUND rings in my shop for so long, I decided I needed to SQUARE it up.

This is my newest pendant necklace, Squared, and I think it is great. But I am biased. I cut this square from a sheet of sterling silver, filed it so it would not hurt anyone, and then hammered it into submission. I put it on 16" in sterling silver chain with a lobster claw clasp and soldered everything on so it is very secure.

Earlier in the week, I also added some earrings. These are my Hip To Be Square earrings. I think they are pretty cool (of course!) and I hope you do too.

They were formed from 16 gauge sterling silver and hammered and oxidized. I painted on a clear coat of sealant to keep the oxidation of forever.
I made these petite ear wires from 22 gauge sterling silver and hardened them so they will keep their shape.

Well, I hope you saw something you liked here, if not, take a look at my shop, A Blond And A Torch, and hopefully you will like something there!

Have a great Saturday!

Adding New Things

As promised I have been working hard to come up with some new designs for the shop and I have even more under way.

This is my Eternity Necklace that was made with gold-filled materials. I just love its simplistic beauty. I also have a similar Eternity Necklace in sterling silver.

Below is my Past Present & Future Necklace. It will most likely be added later today with a sterling silver one to follow. (Update: I just listed it!)

I am so excited! I just loved adding new pieces to my shop! Please stop by!

I would really appreciate your thoughts on my new pieces. I am always open to feedback! Just remember to be totally and brutally honest when you tell me how much you love them!

Have a wonderful Tuesday!

Something New

And I love it! After making the Petal Earrings yesterday, I decided to make a matching necklace! I have also, of course, made a set for moi. I just love how simple and elegant it is!

Photographing it was IMPOSSIBLE because of how shiny it is, but I did my best. I always hate it when people say their photographs don't do their product justice, but it is true here. Seriously.

Have a great Thursday!

I am working on it......

People are always asking me when
am I going to add some necklaces to
my shop. Yes, by people I mean my
mom.

Anyway, I have finally finished this
one above, and by finished I mean I have yet to clean it or polish it
yet or it would be in my shop!

This delicate little necklace is actually very pretty, as you shall see when she is finished.

A gold-fill circle is suspended from 16"
of gold-fill chain. I have hand made the clasp, the circle, and all the jump rings, which are soldered for added durability.

I also plan to create this necklace in sterling and I would love to hear your opinions. Just remember to be brutally honest when you tell me how much you adore it!

Have a fabulous Wednesday!

Day Three With The New Shop

Top photo courtesy of Ben Can Dance.

I now have ten items moved into A Blond And A Torch!
So I am getting there, albeit slowly.

I have also had a few sales, all of them have been the Carly Ring.

The other items are getting jealous so I hope they all find good homes soon!

I have even added my newest design:

The Bubbly Necklace!

Get it while it is still at the introductory price! The necklace features six sterling silver circles, but to me they look like bubbles! Remember, necklaces make the perfect gift because you do not have to worry about sizes!
