Happy New Year's Eve!

Today is the big party day--Woot! I hope everyone has a very fun and very safe New Year's Eve!

I bought a little dress, some strappy shoes, and even a swanky wrap ;) Needless to say, I am ready to have a great time!

I hope we all have a very fabulous 2009, and I hope your 2008 was great too!

Let's all remember to live, laugh, and love as hard as we can!

The Day Before New Year's Eve....

And I finally worked something new into the shop before 2009! Yay!

These are fabulous! They are the Chelsea hoops - LARGE and in charge. They are about 2 and 1/4" across, but have posts so they are sturdy in your ears.

And right now I am offering them at an introductory price, so hurry in to my shop!

Twas the night before Christmas......and I am still at work--ACK!

I am worried about a few packages that have not been delivered yet - one was guaranteed over-night delivery.

Yes, there are things I will do different next year.

Anyway, I am going to leave my studio here in the next few minutes and try to enjoy my Christmas!

Tomorrow is Christmas Eve!

I have been crazy busy and I am still stressing about the post office delivering everything on time!

I did take a moment today to make something new to give my niece for Christmas. I hope she likes it! I went ahead and listed it in my shop and one sold right away! Totally unexpected!




Custom Initial Charm Necklace

To keep, or not to keep?

I am sure this happens a lot, but I am in a pickle. I really want this necklace, but I really need to sell it.

Sure, I could make another, but it will never be just like this one!


So I decided that I will list thin in my shop, as the Sterling Rose, and after awhile, if it does not sell, then it is mine!


So, I guess the question is, how long do I wait? It just sits there, taunting me!

Sunday, What A Fun Day!

Now it is another Monday, but before that, it was Sunday!

I love Sundays anyway, but this one was extra special :)

Why? Because when I got the Sunday paper, I saw my very own hand on the front page! Then I saw my mug on the front page of the Lifestyles section! Yay!

I think it is so fabulous because most people I talk to around here have never even heard of Etsy. I am hoping that this article will move them to check it out and buy more handmade this Christmas.
