Yesterday was our 2nd wedding anniversary! It started off as a great day-beautiful weather and even a few sales. I got to make some new jewelry and then started taking pictures with my little pink camera. Grrrrr, it is a couple of years old and is barely working!I wish I had a new camera!
Well, my husband came home with a couple of beautifully wrapped packages. I could not believe my eyes when I opened them up! Inside was the camera I had been fantasizing about-the Nikon D60! and some lenses and a carrying case and lots of accessories!
What a great man I married!
Then it started pouring rain and hailing--just like on our wedding day! My son's guitar teacher was in the house and was very worried, but by the time the lesson was over, the sun had come out again!
Today I plan on trying to figure out this camera. I have never used anything like it so it is going to take some work! My husband was reading the manual last night so maybe he can help me out. I am more of a hands on kind of girl!
